A Taste of Tehran

After a two week wait for our visas and a 40+ hour bus journey, we have finally arrived in Tehran. This post is just to let everyone who was wondering know where we are. The people of Iran are the most genuinely friendly people I have ever encountered. We have been invited to homes for dinner and even to sleep over. I am getting used to my headscarf but I am still trying to get over having to ride in the back of the bus with all the other woman and the taste of the heavy Tehran pollution. I have much more to say...but you will have to wait until I am in a country where Internet is legal.
